How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive email notifications when your order has been received by us, and another email when it has been dispatched to Australia Post. 
If you have not received an email to your inbox, please check your junk mailbox and add “Vicky Mar Naturals” to your email address book. 


How long will my order take to arrive?

After dispatch, your order will be shipped via Australia Post, and can take 2-6 business days
depending on your location (possibly longer for regional areas).


How can I track my delivery?

If you’d like us to provide your tracking number, please provide your email and order number below. 
You can then track your item with Australia Post’s tracking service.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes – We send our products all over the world through Australia Post.

For international shipping, please call or email us for details. 


What are your delivery costs?

We offer free delivery Australia-wide by Australia Post. 

For international shipping, please call or email us for delivery fees.


Do you deliver to business addresses?

Yes! If you would like delivery to a business address, don’t forget to include
the business name in the delivery info when placing your order.


Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we do not deliver to PO boxes.


Can I return an item?

If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving
your parcel. We may need you to send a photo of the damaged product first, so don’t discard it!

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all billing and delivery details are correct.
Vicky Mar Naturals does not take any responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect
or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
